It's a little late since the movie is already out, but I wanna recommend the new "Death Note Spin-off" for my readers, the story picks up where Death Note: The last name ended, based on the knowledge that L wrote his own name in the Death Note to stop Kira, stating that he will "die peacefully in 23 days"(Note: The Death Note can only control death for a maximum period 23 days) This movie is what happens in those last 23 days, the final moments of the great L.
